"Edit: The owner called me back to apologize about the whole situation. She claimed she wanted to give me a partial refund for the experience, but now I have been charged full price twice! I was able to get an appointment fairly quickly and the staff was friendly. When I picked up my dogs though, I found that one dogs ears were still dirty which is supposed to be the basic service. He was also still covered in dandruff and smelled like dirty dog, as if he didn’t even get a bath. The groom job on my poodle was spotty with random hairs sticking up that I have to trim myself. They also gave him really bad razor burn on his nose. I was charged $45 for a simple bath (no haircut) and $40 for a full service groom for my poodle. If you’re looking for cheap, you’ve found it. But it’s definitely not up to par by any means."
