"I put in an order for 6 items, which the app said were in stock. I got notified an hour later that 4 of the 6 items were actually not in stock. I called the store to ask to just cancel the order, because I would be driving an hour to only pick up 2 of the 6 things I need, which is pointless because I can order it online and save myself the hassle. The store employee told me she can't cancel the order and had me waste more of my time calling and talking to someone overseas. So, all in all it was a complete waste of time and huge annoyance."

"This location has friendly staff, good product selection, and frequent sales to comb through. When you have the vital care program through the app placing orders and finding the most convenient way to receive them is even easier. It's also nice to look at adoptable kitties from the local shelter while shopping!"

"The whole store seems to be set up for just dogs, and cats have a measly one isle with little to no toys. No supplements or anything for cats, they might be mixed with all of the isles full of dog toys etc but I’m not wasting my time scouring every isle for omega 3 and feliway refills. I’ll just go to pet smart instead."

"employees have no knowledge of animals, especially small pets. they just sell a pet without even questioning the customer at all. their animals have wire wheels, such little bedding, saucer wheels, and just generally no enrichment, Guinea pigs have no hay holder so they soil their hay. the staff sadly is rude and not welcoming nor helpful at all. just overall a sad place, clearly the petcare team doesn’t care :/"
