"Customer Care customer service for hard to find parts this is the place. Upon walking in I was immediately assisted. I thought to myself here we go, I'm wasting my time. I told the assistant what I needed. To my astonishment the gentleman showed me the 5/8-OD, -/- 3/8 OD, 90° compression shut off valve . Also it was a - quarter turn - , which I forgot about but the assistant did not. Then this gentleman walked me over to the cash register and asked if that would complete my order. Then he personally completed the transaction. In-N-Out less than 10 minutes. Try that in your big box store. I am a contractor, quality parts and doing things in a timely matter is a MUST, and you guys nailed it."

"When you need help - go here. Plenty of staff who are very helpful finding that little widget you need. This smaller, local hardware store is a gem in the era of big box stores. I went in specifically for 8 stainless steel screws, washers and nuts. And was able to buy just 8( not a box of 25 or a pack of 12). This was perfect for my project. They’ve got a nice selection of grills and BBQ stuff too ( with people who you can actually talk with to get info about them). Try the Traeger Veggie Rub to season your veggies ( grill Or no grill) Will be going back again, soon."
