"These two "groomers" ruined my puppy's chances of EVER receiving a nail trimming from any other professional. Three times we visited them. Each time I would hear my puppy literally scream in fear. They did not take any time, whatsoever to calm him and reassure him. They just attacked his nails to get the job done. Now, I cannot find anyone who will do his nails because he is so traumatized! You are NOT professionals at all! I will spread my words far and wide! If I could give you zero stars I would. His nails are so long right now and he won't even let his loved ones do them! Shame on you both!"
