"We've been with Jeffery Balazs Farm Bureau now for maybe 3 - 4 years and I have to say, they are THE BEST in customer service! Kimberly Langolf is so responsive whenever I have a change to our policy. (which is often) we have 5 vehicles, + our homer owners and motorcycle with Farm Bureau because of the service. I send an email and usually with in half an hour, it's done. Our daughters also have their 2 vehicles insured through the agency. Through claims and towing, they treat you like your a brand new customer every time. That is saying a lot for a service industry!
