Have been a patient of Dr. Piazza's for about 15 years now, but I was 20 minutes late for an appt, tried to call to tell them, but phones are off daily from 1-2 pm, so couldn't let them know, and upon arriving in the office, was told he wouldn't see me! I have LITERALLY waited in the exam room for him for as long as an HOUR on more than one occasion! Needless to say, it's time for a new PCP!"

"Safe During COVID. I'll admit that I was a little nervous to see a doctor or dentist following the pandemic. But Dr. Tom is safe in his practices and takes the necessary precautions. I was the only patient in the office while I was getting my cleaning. And it soon felt like any other visit. Always personable. Always professional and thorough. Always 5 stars. I also wanted to say thanks for the post card. At first I thought your system was automatically sending text reminders. I thought, "they can't really be open". But a hand written post card saying "we're open" made me feel comfortable about making an appointment. Thanks!"
