Swan Lake Chophouse

"Can’t really call yourself Chophouse if you can’t cook a steak correctly. Nothing like ordering a medium rare filet for it to come out well done twice. We attended during one of their Dinner with Santa weekends and the kids enjoyed it, staff was sweet and welcoming. But food was not Swan Lake quality."

"My wife and I went there on a date, and absolutely loved it. We started off with the bruschetta. Although the flavor was good, I have to say that the bread was a little lacking. In my experience as a chef, with the bruschetta, the bread should be a little crispier than what we were served. This bread was a little soggy, and difficult to chew. However, once our meal came out, we were pleasantly surprised. I had the BPB&J Burger. The only complaint I would have on the burger was that it was just a touch too salty. Other than that, it was delicious. I didn't really taste the Thai peanut butter sauce in it, but nonetheless, the burger was great. My wife had the wedge salad with steak. That too was delicious. She enjoyed it thoroughly. The service was wonderful. Our server was very attentive and really engaging with us. Despite the minor instances with our food, we will definitely go back."

"Some of our Food was middle of the road (steak/chicken entrees) but other was 5 stars (bruschetta, sauces and desserts). Service though made up the difference (thanks, Julie!). We visited during a super busy 4th of July celebration night and service and atmosphere didn’t miss a beat. Thanks to all for making our anniversary special."
