"Updates do make the interior eating area look better, but the updates on the buffet-bad. They reduced the amount of food options. You have only the front of the counter to reach for food meaning you have to cross over food to get to the back food options, meaning clothing, skin, anything can fall into the front row of food now. Let's not forget to mention that this new change also causes the utensils for the back row of food to hang over the hot food which in turn make the utensils hot, not safe for children or anyone with sensitive skin. This in turn also causes a line to form on the single row of food. Huge empty space in the middle, really hoping they'll use it to add more options. Not a fan of the updates. Prices also increased with these bad changes."
"If I could have given this negative stars I would have. I went in with two friends as a treat and the cost came out to a little over $50 for 3 of us. The food was cold and tasteless. The service was subpar at best the lady had a scowl on until I thanked her for helping with our plates. We finished and left, so as we were leaving I checked my bank account on the app and found that I had been charged an additional $10 that I hadn't verified. I hadn't put a tip on the receipt as I usually used cash since I knew from working food service most of the card tips end up in the owners pockets. So I tried calling the store twice both times the call was denied like straight up as if it had been declined on the receiver not like a busy tone. On top of that was barely got 20 minutes away when one of my friends had to pull the car over due to needing to get violently ill on the highway."
"It's one of the worst Asian restaurants I've ever been to in my life. They don't seem to care about customers. The food is awful, like beyond bad. Lo mein was bad. The mac and cheese tasted like sand and water. The meat on the stick as simple as it is was even done poorly. The only thing they didn't mess up was my waters. I even had to pay before I ate! That just goes to show how many people have probably walked out due to the quality of the food. I will never be coming back here again! Biggest waste of $30 I've ever had. Only for 2 people with waters!!!"
