"Rude employees and kiosk machine did not give me a receipt. I inquired about it. They said it was acting up, but they did not give me the information if my order went through so I finally left without my food. I was already outside when an employee made fun and said I could not use my words to ask about my order my girlfriend defended me Totally inappropriate customer service."
"I come to this McDonald's a lot, it's not always the best, however, I was very surprised this time at the service and the food. A gentleman that was taking orders advised me about some specials that was going on and I ended up saving a lot of money. He was very nice for doing that. Then, the man delivering the food to the cars that were parked and waiting for their food was working so hard. He was literally sprinting with peoples food to their cars and telling them what was in the bags and then to have a great day. I was very impressed! I wish I knew their names. These two men deserve some recognition because I know that they are working really hard and way above their paygrade."
"To be honest when we walked in we headed straight to the bathrooms first and on our way through the floor and at least 6 of the tables were dirty. When we entered the bathroom it was as if no one had cleaned it for a few days. We decided not to eat there incase the rest of the place was kept this way. It's a shame, it's as if they know the owner isn't going to walk through. This used to be a well kept place."
"Went in there for a simple Big Mac The patties were cold It had no pickles It had an excessive amount of mayonnaise or thousand Island dressing whatever you called Mac sauce. Drive-thru people were frustrated not my fault but The sandwich sucked It was gross and it was like it was 3 days old nasty"
"Stopped to grab an iced coffee on the way home from Michigan travels. It was fine. The coffee was okay. I added an extra shot of espresso. The restroom was not the best but also but the worst. The play area inside looked fun."
