"My wife and I took my grandma out for dinner last night. We waited at the front desk area to be seated for a few minutes before someone came out from the back to seat us. Around dinner time (when we arrived), I would say that maybe 20% of the tables were filled. It ended up taking around 40 minutes for the food to come out. My grandma’s food and my food came out fine but they got the order wrong for my wife. Rather than wait another 40 minutes for them to correct it, she just ate what was brought out. I don’t know if they were just understaffed for the night or what, but it was just a bad experience. It was just a sad overall atmosphere and we have no desire to come back."
"Edit: we found a bit of plastic in our food, my guess it was not there fault though. Original: The serving sizes are quite misrepresented compared to the image on the menu. They also didn't give much ranch on my meal. Other than that food tastes great and the wait staff are very nice and cater to you. (The image with onion rings I posted was $12.99)"
"It took about 20 minutes before the server showed up to take our drink order. And forgot multiple items, multiple times after having to remind her about the missing items.The meal that I received was the same size as the appetizer. When I asked for the manager, the server seemed like she didn’t care. The manager was also too busy to take my complaint. My advise would be to only order breakfast or go somewhere else. You will wait a while before food comes to your table, unless they are empty."
"The afternoon we went was a Wednesday and an unexpected rush happened. There was one waitress and one cook and the manager. They did an amazing job!!! Our food took a few but we were aware of the situation. The food server did amazing and my little boy really liked her! Great job guys!!!"
