"I just left this restaurant, and I'll have to say, I love the service that I received. I know I was cutting it short by coming within 10 minutes of them closing, and when I walked in, I asked if I made it in time to get a grinder. I was told that the oven was off, but that they would make me a sandwich right away. They then turn the oven back on, got my order, and made it right away. Kim was the one who stayed back and made my experience here the best. I've always loved the food, and I've been coming to Mancino's since I was a teenager. I'm now 45. I've also worked in restaurants for a number of years, so I know how important the hospitality is in creating return customers. Kim definitely has that hospitality. Absolutely loved her. Great job Mancino's."
