"This office is a joke. No one returns calls, no one relays messages to doctors and the on call doctors don’t read the patients chart before giving medical advice. The office manager takes no responsibility for her employees and even said it’s not her problem I don’t feel it important to come in (during the height of covid bc my child has a genetic disorder and is immunocompromised and the secretaries suggested phone visits). I’ve never been so disrespected and disregarded by an office when all I want is the best for my child and to get to the bottom of her issues. I will gladly seek care at a facility that is more caring and compassionate."
