"Today I went to the R.O. My Health Urgent Care on Crooks Rd. by recommendation from a friend. Much to my surprise my visit was all I was told it would be! I have had very disappointing visits to other urgent care facilities, this was completely different. Dr. Damaske, Clarissa, and Morium were nothing but professional and thorough! They really put me at ease today with my results. In and out within one hour, that has never happened at other facilities. I will definitely return for any of my needs and will highly recommend this facility! Thank you to all of you! MB"

"There is nothing urgent about this place. After a 1.5 hour wait and not being seen by a doctor, I decided to just leave. I’m sure there were people in the rooms to be seen before me, but there were only two other people in the lobby when I arrived and they had long gone. Wasn’t busy at all. The toilet was gross…. Pubic hair, a thick ring around the inside, and streams of urine running down the base indicating the toilet hasn’t been cleaned in a minute. The receptionist and nurse were nice, but this visit made me remember why I go to other UC instead of this one."

"After nearly 2.5 hours of waiting, we left without seeing the doctor! When we entered the facility there were two men waiting to be seen ahead of us. As we sat in the waiting room for the next hour, it got busier. At one point someone walked in the door and the woman at the desk said to him, "Just to let you know, it will be about an hour wait". He turned around and left. We thought we were good because we had already been there an hour (before it got busy) and the two men who were ahead of us were already called and brought back into the rooms. A little while later we were called and brought to a room where we sat for another hour. At that point I walked into the hall and saw the doctor and explained that we had been waiting over 2 hours. I wanted to know if we should leave or if she would be coming in soon. She said she had to complete a discharge and she would be "right there". A few minutes later we heard her talking to the young female patient who we saw come in AFTER us. Originally when we came in there were two men waiting and a young woman came in about 30 minutes into our time in the waiting room. At this point we had enough and exited the room to leave. We ran into the doctor in the hall. Instead of a simple apology she piled on a bunch of excuses including, "you saw how busy it was in the waiting room" (no, there were only two people when we came in) and "there is no way we can estimate how much time it will take to see patients". So how did the woman at the front desk tell someone that it would be an hour wait? Unless it was the doctor and the staff's first day, they have to have a general idea of timing. Horribly managed situation!"

"Very unprofessional. I called the front desk and asked if I would be able to stay on my insulin. If I switched doctors and without even asking, the lady said no have a nice day and hung up. I do not recommend this office if you are looking for professionalism. The front desk should ask the doctor before automatically coming up with an answer."

"I've been dealing with a severe sore throat, aches & exhaustion since Sunday. Everyone here was welcoming, kind & lovely. They're swift, but thorough with their work and they don't make you feel anything but as comfortable as you can be. Thank you Justin, Darlene and everyone on staff today. My memory is garbage from being sick, so I'm sorry if I forgot your name already."
