"Please please please reconsider going here! I tested positive for my FIRST pregnancy and decided to make an appt with Dr. Nichana. Let me tell you I had the worst experience of my life!!! It was not only scary, the doctor was veryyyyy careless. I know NOTHING and was expecting to learn and be happy while my first visit being a new mommy, but no I was left uneducated and no answers! The office staff was scrambling everywhere, paperwork printed was sooooo crooked and unclear it was super hard to fill out my forms, The office is veryyyyy Unsanitary! I was checked into a room and the doctor came in introduced herself and told me to get undressed from the waist down, moments later she came in immediately stuck the ultrasound stick up me and told me there’s no heart beat your still early (I was about 5 weeks) I want to see you back in 2-3 weeks and literally left the room!!!! Being my first time, I was so confused and super scared thinking something is wrong!!! I asked the student doctor which was in the room if I can please speak to the doctor. Doctor never came, Getting dressed and Leaving the room, I seen the doctor in her office talking to 10 other residents in her office, I stared at her and asked if I can speak to her, she came to me and I was asking questions about my pregnancy and she said I just need to see you back in 2-3 weeks. I left in tears!!! I will NEVER STEP FOOT IN THIS OFFICE EVER! She never prescribed me prenatal pills, nothing for my nausea, NOTHING. Honestly I felt that she was soooo careless and super unprofessional and made me feel super uncomfortable!! Do not go here!!!"

"Well. The staff is cool and everyone is nice but Going here for me was a horrible idea. I should have followed my gut when I read the other reviews. When I was told I couldn't have an ultrasound until 20 weeks, I should not have gone back. I decided to go to this office since it was closer to me and my obgyn moved. My 1st appointment I was told I was 6 weeks. I came back a month later and realized that she measured me but didn't say how far along I was. After That appointment I decided to go back to my old OB. Nothing that the nurse practitioner told me here was right as far as timing. I'm thinking I'm 13 weeks today, I'm actually 18 and I'm having twins. I am so angry just because I wish I knew Sooner. We are not prepared for twins at all or the fact that I'm almost due. The whole policy needs to change as far as ultrasounds. When she measured me on the 22nd of August, It wasn't right at all. It couldn't have been!! I am still in shock and I can't believe I wasted so much time. I can't believe I am pregnant with twins and nobody at the obgyn office could tell that. My new Dr took one look at me and knew I was either not 13 weeks or I was pregnant with twins. I knew something was off!! Our family is blessed but this is so damn ridiculous and I am truly upset that I ever came here!!"

"I have been going here For regularly screening since 2015 and have had nothing but positive remarks. I see Dr. Thomas, who is One of the best doctors I have ever seen. She makes you feel comfortable and heard. She goes above and beyond to spend time with you, addressing questions and concerns, is thorough in her explanations, and even takes time personally returning calls on her breaks and after work to get back to you in a timely fashion. This is my first Google review ever because I just want everyone to know how incredible she is. They also except Medicaid which i am So grateful for!"

"Dr. Harold impressed me from the moment I meet her. She is a very patient and caring Doctor. She listened to everything I was concerned about and assured me that everything will be OK. She was very informative and had a solution to my problems immediately. I had been going to the same obgyn for over 8 yes and there solutions was wanna do hypnosis..... What??? However, My physician recommend ed her and I have been in love every since. Thank you Dr. Harold for your time, patience and do dillagence. I will be seeing you soon. God Bless"
