"I had a positive experience with a doctor but my review reflects my opinion of the laboratory. The laboratory is unorganized, very unprofessional. They gave me a 24 hour urine collection container but when I returned it with the collected sample, I never saw the result in my patient portal. I contacted the doctor and he apologized but the bottom line is that the laboratory lost the container. Utilize the lab at a different facility."
"Please find another doctors office I have never experienced a Healthcare facility that truly don't care it's just a practice place for residential doctors who are still training. I personally don't recommend this place my pcp is Carol baker I haven't once met her. Its very unorganized everytime and I've been going for years. Medicaid patients need to be treated fairly."
"I have been going there for a few years because it's close to home and I've had multiple bad experiences but today was the worst! I decided never to be seen there again. The male doctor refused to address my concerning issues with the veins in the back of my legs and went on to say that it was a pulled muscle, I kept going back and forth with him and I don't know why he didn't take me serious because I wasn't asking for pain medication or anything, and in fact I refuse to take pain medication so I don't know why he didn't take me serious And to top it off I told him I needed a few days off because I didn't feel well and he told me medically he didn't see a need for me to be off of work because he didn't see anything wrong with me lol went to Henry Ford emergency and in fact what I told that man I figured the issue was, in fact that was the issue and it is a serious issue. I won't ever go back there again! I will be trying to find out how to report him. Nobody and I mean nobody should be treated that way when they're telling you they have a medical issue... He walked in the room telling me I was a nice person and he left out being a complete prejudice acting bigot."
"I was in pain for 5 days after visiting them. So not worth time, money, or frustration. They're not well equipped, the people don't know what they're talking about, and gaslight you if you even breathe the word chiropractor. Never been so pissed in my life at people who were supposed to help. Incompetent and harmful."
