Dr. Hasan actually listens to concerns you may have and gives good advice tailored to you. You have to be somewhat willing to understand the staff are busy too and working with a hectic schedule; it's best to be patient and kind to them and they will be in return. I have only ever had good relationships with the office staff because I try to follow protocol and show them respect."
