"I went in the end of July for my very first mammogram. The first day took about 40 minutes just to get checked in. The lady was on her first day which I understood but she had to redo my info 4 times because she kept printing my ID bracelet with the wrong info. Then A few days later they called to say there was an abnormality but that was common on your first screening, and they needed to take another image to compare too. I assumed this was all part of the same mammogram to finish the procedure. She said it would be a quick 5 minute thing. Later Another lady apologized that scheduling told me that because it was actually over an hour! Nobody EVER said anything about costs. No good faith estimate was given, no information about it possibly not being covered by insurance so that I could do some homework first. Weeks later I have bills over $1100 and no idea what I'm going to do now. This is NOT ethical! You cannot just surprise someone with a bill later on. You need to be sure your customers understand. We don't know how billing works! We don't know that this is a separate "diagnostic" procedure. I would have NEVER had this done had I been informed. Absolute SCAM! I've officially given up hope on the Goshen Health Systems. Edit: Since I can't reply to you.... I'll edit. I have called. Multiple times. I've been told someone would have the manager contact me. Nobody has. I'll take it to the state at this point."

"My lady friend recommended Dr. Morris..I went to see her about surgery as I was diagnosed with breast cancer. Scared to death she explained to me what she can do and I understood her. She took time with me and was very kind and caring. Glad she's going to do my surgery soon. She's a Wonderful person and a Great Doctor. The staff was caring and very helpful too. "Can you believe that at a women's retreat center, a woman would be turned away because she ask too many questions about her body and what was happening to her?? Well my daughter did on Tuesday the 23rd. I drove 3 hours to be with her for this appointment and she only left crying. The person that made her cry was Laura Lewis and she told my daughter that she had the right to refuse help for her and that she was refusing. She did not like all the questions that my Daughter and I were asking,we were not disbelieving her,as she thought,we just wanted more clarification as to the problem she was having with her breast. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS LADY"
