"Waited forever 2-3 hours to get called back. Once I got called back waited forever in the room. Don’t know waiting times of other urgent cares but cannot be any worse here. Staff was extremely friendly though"

"Arrived Sunday morning 930 was in and out in an hour . Needed a prescription they said CVS our in network provider so they would send into meijer. Called meijer 430 nothing was called in. Called urgent care they said they will call it in soon again nothing at meijer. Called meijer Monday morning nothing there"

"Walked in with my son due to his hand being cut. There was only 1 woman at the front. She was on the phone. My son showed her the blood non-stop blood that was generously flowing out of his hand. She gave no response at all. She did not call for assistance, did not put down the phone, did not ask her caller to give her 10 seconds to call someone, and did not acknowledge him at all. It was not a life threatening emergency, but we were much better off just going to the ER and clogging up emergency services. Urgent Care just didn't seem to care at all."

"the doctor working that night was amazing and so was her nurse for them I give 5 stars!! No wonder why no one likes beacon they make it impossible to see anyone and the hospital stays practically at a 3 day wait to be seen. However, the lack of being able to reserve an URGENT care appt is utterly ridiculous. But if I needed suture removals or whatever you can see me right away? Is it not the same doctor?"

"I was experiencing symptoms of COVID19 and desperately needed to be tested. I searched for over an hour for a testing center, and luckily this location was open and had rapid testing. Every single person I interacted with (on the phone scheduling, checking in, the nurse who took my vitals, and the nurse practitioner) made me feel secure and confident. It was obvious that they are in the business of taking care of people, and that’s what their top priority was. I had the test where the swab is more invasive, and the nurse was exceptional about walking me through it and making me feel confident as comfortable as possible. The NP answered all my questions with care, and took the time to address my concerns about testing positive and having a small baby at home. This was on a Sunday, when these people I’m sure would have much rather been at home with their families. They have been dealt such a difficult and unfair hand these last two years and they did not waiver. They’re still showing up so dads of young babies can be safe and protected and healthy. They are undoubtedly exhausted, but they took care of me anyways. They weren’t rehearsed in their speech, I could tell they genuinely care about their patients. From the minute I called them to schedule a test to the second I walked out of the door it was obvious that they are the absolute standard for patient care and I could not imagine how they could have given me a better experience."
