"Terrible place! Rude and makes you feel like you are inconveniencing them asking medical questions. Very unprofessional and due to a lack of their diagnosis it is now two weeks later (my 3rd doctor visit with my primary) and I have Acute Bronchitis, Acute Sinus Infection and Strep Throat. ( the only thing they treated me for was a touch or Bronchitis and if I didn't push that there was something very wrong with me the NP wouldn't have even prescribed this. I did chest x-ray she said my Lungs were clear. (3 days later elkhart clinic diagnosised me with the above mentioned and treated me. Unfortunately at this point the antibiotics were not strong enough and had to go to my primary doctor where I live. It is so sad that you cannot get good medical care from an urgent care or maybe it's just this location I am now on a very strong antibiotic, had to cancel a work trip have fever chills, nausea, miserable. Did I mention that I sounded terrible with a horrible cough and hardly any voice when I went to urgent care. It makes me furious to have to deal with this and be treated so poorly."
"An absolutely amazing experience. My daughter had a rash from a medication she was taking. Not only was everyone extremely nice. The NP’s assistant was fantastic with my daughter, as well as the NP. They took a stressful situation and handled it quickly and effectively. We were in and out and had the new meds in hand and a plan to get our daughter better in less than an hour. For any urgent care needs this will be our go to place from now on."
