"Took my oldest son on 12/17 and my youngest son on 12/24 for suspected strep throat. I made an appointments online day of. We had very little wait time and the nurse was very caring and thorough. She did a strep test (which was positive) and ordered antibiotics. We are so happy to have this option. Both times the nurses were great!"

"I had to use their services because I had a respiratory infection. The nurse that works there is going to do her absolute best to NOT GIVE YOU ANY ANTIBIOTICS. It seems that this is their policy, they really, really, really, don't want to give you antibiotics and they think they can fix anything with Flonase. Seriously, save their fee and go straight to buy some Flonase because that's pretty much all you're going to get from them. Here's a tip: If you're really desperate and need to use their services, tell them to keep the session as short as possible. Turns out they charge you by HOW MUCH TIME you're in there. Don't let her deviate and try to check you for things other than your main issue."

"I only put a star so that I could leave a comment. Shout out to the NP who did not even bother getting out of her chair or attempt to look and my childs throat or ears, but did manage to tell me in her first sentence " you know there is an Urgent Care down the road". Then proceeded to tell me well I'll look at her throat but "please don't expect anything from me". After five minutes of asking her to look at my daughter's throat, she still did not and then suggested once again I go to the Urgent Care because she may have croup, and they can give me an antibiotic for that. So I politely informed her that croup is a viral illness and would not require an antibiotic. She quickly said "oh yeah I knew that" then I told her I was not stupid, I just simply wanted her to look at my daughter's throat and make sure it was nothing requiring an antibiotic. The NP then said, "oh I'm not trying to make you feel stupid", my response, well obviously not, you dont even know how to "treat" croup, I'm obviously not the stupid one. Needless to say she was worthless and obviously not interested in doing her job. Do not go to the minute clinic, in there own words, "there is an Urgent Care Center down the road"."

"Misdiagnosed me a year back and turned my husband and I away today. Nowhere does it say that they quit taking patients at 5 o'clock and we got there at 5:15 and the nurse was condescending and told us that she couldn't see him in 7 minutes no matter what we did. In it for the money not for People's Health. Same nurse as before because she was extremely condescending then too."
