"Took weeks to submit pre approval to insurance for a prescription. When that medication was rejected by insurance they took another 2 weeks to submit a different one. It took 3 different phone calls for someone to finally call me back and say they submitted it. Then after two more weeks and multiple visits to the pharmacy only to be told the medication still haven’t been approved, I called insurance only to find out they never submitted the paperwork. Terrible."
"This place has always been horrible and they have receptionist with no class, etiquette or respect for clients. What's the point of making an appointment if they make you wait 30+ min to be seen yet if your more than 15min late they won't see you. They need new management and courses on the most common sense things and new management"

"Twice now have sat in the room waiting to see the doctor and been forgotten about for OVER 45 minutes. This last time they said they didn't "forget" and that the doctor was running late...I complained and she was all of a sudden available 30 seconds later...after an hour and 10 minute wait. The 2 female doctors I have recently seen seem to know very little about anything...fresh out of school? Or just C+ Med students? I seemed to know more than they did. Exhausting. This place needs some management or some sort of system in place. We will be going elsewhere. I do NOT recommend."
