"If you get a Dr named Michael McBride you might as well walk out unseen that is how useless this guy is. You come in sick, he makes you feel like you inconvenienced him by your mere presence. He gets angry if you ask to inestigate anything, or have questions. He doesnt even bother examining you just angrily says you look fine and that "he has nothing for you"."

"The nurse (wish I knew her name) and Dr. Cavadini were amazing. They were kind, patient, and understanding. They took good care of me and I felt like they really wanted to help me feel better."

"I've used this clinic several times. Fast and detailed service. Everyone is polite. I just had a MRI and it was fast from scheduling through to the results. Awesome place."

"I had the worst experience there this morning with Michael McBridge! I do not recommend visiting him. I came in for stomach pain and had originally asked for a ultrasound to see if i had an ovarian cyst because I get them every now and then and he had suggested for me to get a CAT scan and I had agreed to get one but due to insurance reasons I didn’t think the CAT scan was necessary so I had looked for a nurse or someone to see if I could actually just do the ultrasound instead there was no one in site and when he came back, I asked to get an ultrasound and he completely flipped out on me and was extremely rude and sarcastic with me because I had asked to do a ultrasound like I originally wanted to do. I was in such shock after what he had said I let another staff member know what had just happened, and she was very kind to me and apologized on his behalf. It was completely inappropriate and uncalled for I have never had that experience there and I have been there a few times, but I will never have him treat me again. Very unprofessional and rude."

"I usually don’t write reviews, but after my experience at the Immediate Care Clinic yesterday, I felt the need to write one. First, I’m thankful this place was opened the day after Christmas. I had a sick kid who had symptoms of a sinus infection and strep. The nurse tested her for Covid and Influenza. My daughter came back positive for Influenza A. The doctor came in to tell us results and he was in the room maybe for two minutes. Didn’t check my daughter’s throat, ears, or nose for signs of infection. He came off so rude and just wanted me out of the room. I had to ask to put her on a steroid for her cough and even when I did that, he was beyond annoyed with me. I’d love to speak with management about this. The ladies in the front were wonderful, but the doctor was so arrogant and didn’t treat my daughter like a patient, rather a number. Next time, please check your patients thoroughly even if you are feeling stressed."
