"My primary requested I get an upper scope done. I had to wait 3 month just to get a visit for them to approve and schedule the scope, then waiting another 3 months for the actual scope. Meanwhile dealing with aggravating symptoms. I was patiently waiting for the results and to see what my next steps should be. I waited 4 weeks after my scope, left a few messages on my health portal before finally hearing back. The communication here is horrible, and if you try to call you will be on the phone for over an hour before you get to talk to anyone. I wish I spent the money with a provider that cared about their patients."
"My daughter has been having diarrhea ever since Sunday, July 2nd. I have called this office 3 times and told the nurse who answered the phone everything about this. They said that they would tell the doctor and call back, however, nobody has ever called back. I need to know whether or not we need to come in to see the doctor or if we can treat this at home. If we can treat this at home, I need to know what to do. Also, whenever I call, I am on hold for an hour."
"I had an upper scope done and at the appointment the doctor gave me a slip with a follow up appointment on it. Come to find out she never actually created the appointment. I called and sat on hold for an hour and was told she would call me and never did. They have good providers when you can actually see them and get appointments."
"I love my doctor, inspite of her chronic tardiness, but this practice is awful. You will wait an hour on the phone to get anything answered and they don’t answer messages on the portal despite it saying 3 days turnaround. I sent a message February 28th that as of today May 5th has not been answered. In addition, on Thursday the 20th I was told by my doctor someone would call the 24th or 25th to schedule a procedure. Still no call. Not sure what I need to do to get them to give a darn."
"Good providers if you can actually get to one. Be ready to sit on hold for at least an hour and never get a follow up. I waited two months to get in and then got cancelled on. An hour on hold to reschedule. If you don’t have the manpower, then stop accepting patients."
