"Terrible doctors who hold you hostage so they can keep squeezing every penny out if you. Had to ask 5 separate times to get food despite being a type 1 diabetic. Then don't get my insulin for 3 hrs while I had high blood sugar. Multiple instances of things not being noted in my chart and took me verbally telling them things have already been done. This hospital has going tremendously down hill. Do not go to this hospital, drive a little longer to go anywhere diffrent. They threaten that if I leave my insurance won't cover anything."

"I recently had stent placement at u of m west 2122 health drive grand rapids. Am very pleased with everyone, they were kind explained everything and genially cared about their patients. The review from one person unhappy about care whose boyfriend got is appalling. Calling u of m staff rude and uncaring and this country rotten was unwarranted and I always say if you don't like this country get out."

"Very bad place if you are trying to get life saving surgery. Staff is very rude & unprofessional. Take the word professional building down & replace it with the truth, unprofessional building. Boyfriend to have life saving surgery but because doctor is afraid because boyfriend has PTSD from serving his rotten country he refuses to save his life. Place has tanked very badly, poor treatment, & if investigated malpractice. If u value your health & life DO NOT GO HERE They will throw u under the bus & let u die. Place is a meat market with a crowded morge fun of patients who could have been saved if only given professional treatment. Nurse here said, "this is not a hospital. It's a business. This place cares more about the money they bring in than patient care." If u have serious health problems & want to live & not die DO NOT COME HERE. I'm sure they can find room in their morge. You are not a human being but u are a piece of meat. Trust no one at this meat market!!!! Hopefully someday their so called doctors will need emergency medical attention & can't get it. Then they will know what they put their patients through. This place is a horror show. My boyfriend is slowly dying because of this place. This is what he gets for serving this rotten country."

"This is the worst hospital I've ever been to. My grandfather has been in awful pain for months and they are doing nothing except drugging him out of his mind. They have moved his surgery over and over because they think there is something else. By the way there was nothing else and they are just letting him suffer. He didn't go to the bathroom for 17 days and they did nothing for him. He has has kidney infection and so much more. This place is 0/10"

"The doctor that performed my wife's surgery was really nice and help us remain calm with is large amount of confidence in what he was doing. How ever the over night stay was horrible. Not sure if the medical staff is short handed or what but it felt like we were not takin care of in a timely manner. Hopefully they can get this corrected because that is the only thing that made this experience unpleasant."
