"I have been going to this office for over 10 years and have always had problems with lack of patient concern. Now I have my doctor and staff cutting off my medications if I don’t schedule appointments every three months. It’s just a money racket. I am done."

"Tracey, Allison, and Dr. Albecht are the biggest scumbags I’ve ever had the displeasure of dealing with. Collectively, they abuse their authority and promote a toxic work culture where “patient care” is the lowest of their priorities. As a diabetic, they made no effort to remedy running out of medication needed to treat my diabetes. When I scheduled an appointment, Tracey and/or Allison went out of their way to cancel my appointment claiming that I “voluntarily opted out of the practice” because I said that I would start looking for a new doctor. They cancelled my appointment without telling me in order to retaliate against me because, again, patient care is of their lowest priority. If you can avoid getting medical care here, I would. There are many doctors in the area, but these people are certainly the worst."

"I went in to get my leg pain evaluated. The staff seemed more concerned about why I scheduled an appointment at their office for my first time. The doctor made recommendations without genuinely listening to what I experience with my health. I was also not happy with the doctor allowing a student staff to enter in my patient room without my permission. Some of the receptionist are also not very friendly.or professional. I will never choose this location again."
