"I was referred to the ent for my 3 week old son for his tongue tie, the address that was listed on his my chart was the wyoming location, we get to the appointment just to be told that the cascade office is where we needed to be that the ent wasn't at the Wyoming location today. I'm beyond frustrated since they now pushed his appointment out another couple weeks. He is constantly gagging and choking because of his tongue tie."

"My love one was admitted 3 weeks ago, they treated him according to his age, him and I had a horrible experience with the doctor and some of the experience nurses, the young nurses were more compassionate with him and I, I don’t recommend families to take your elderly parents there I noticed things that make me so sad and desapointed with their system, and some of them are not working for the well-being of the elderly, anyway, Rest In Peace my love one! Sadly a broken hart person."

"My husband was the patient this time and they took great care of him. He was in for the weekend, unexpected emergency. Because of covid they still have visitor restrictions but it was only 2 people could go see him. All the staff was friendly and it was always clean."
