"The person whom I worked with at the sleep program was very helping and you could tell she genuinely cared. She didn't give the typical rigamarole that I feel like I get at other doctor's offices."

"As far as follow up they don't respond I sent the info from my CPAP and they were supposed to see how I was doing while I slept I never heard back from them it's been at least eight months and I've called twice I'm done it is now the end of January I still have not heard from them all I wanted them to do is download the information off my desk and let me know how is doing so I could present the information to my regular doctor still no call back it is now the end of April 2022 I still have not heard back from them I cannot believe they did not follow through"

"I am deeply frustrated with the communication, or lack thereof, of my provider. I was supposed to have a virtual visit with Dr. McNerlin. I was punctual and clicked on my virtual visit link as soon as I received it. There were some technical difficulties with the audio so she asked me to hang up and rejoin. I did that, it took me less than a minute, and when I reconnected it said my provider was offline. I stayed on that page for at least 20 minutes while I was calling the office to try and get through to see what the issue was. No one would answer, no one tried to contact me, no one responded to the email I sent. I had to call the general number to get transferred to their office, at which point they told me I needed to reschedule because she had another patient soon. To reiterate, I had been waiting in the virtual meeting this entire time while trying to get in contact with the office - Dr. McNerlin went offline, never returned, and made no effort to contact me about what was going on. TLDR: they might just decide to leave the virtual appointment, not return, and tell you that you have to reschedule when they fail to reach out or respond to contact efforts"

Katie and Jeff were so thoughtful as technicians and made my anxious daughter right at ease. Katie was phenomenal, even bringing my daughter a hot chocolate before we left in the morning."
