"I've been going here for more than 4 years and have not had a single issue. Wait times are short, appointments can be made on short notice, and all staff are knowledgeable and professional. The Wyoming facility is also always clean and well kept. I have no idea why others would give such low ratings but I suspect they may not be getting the answers (or drugs) they want."

"I've been going to the VA for my health care for 25 years. The facility in Wyoming MI is one of the best facilities that I've been to. In understanding the astronomical increase in veterans turning to the VA for their health care needs following the Covid epidemic, it's understandable that there are long waits at times. But the care that the medical staff try to deliver is thoughtful, sincere, and from the heart. They truly care. They are also overworked and most times underappreciated. Remer too that their actions are restricted by guidelines, protocols, and lots of red tape and hoops to jump through. Patience is a virtue and a blessing."
