"The check in and check out process is super easy. Was easily able to make the reservation online. My dog came in very nervous, hiding behind me during the check in and I warned the staff that he is very fearful and nervous in new situations. When I came to pick him up, Vader was very happy and even made sure to run behind the counter to say goodbye to his new friends. I love the flexible drop off and pick up hours and seeing the photos of him everyday on Facebook."
"If you need to board your dog or cat stop looking and call Rexpointe. They are honestly the best we’ve tried multiple before we were lucky enough to find Rexpointe. They offer group play, individual play, and leashed walks you can opt for 3x activities per day and whatever distribution you want, my basset loves group play and walks. Whenever we are out of town she LOVES going to see her friends at the kennel, and the lady that offers grooming services is also phenomenal. The owner is present often and a really friendly guy and all the staff is so loving and compassionate with your pet. Prices are this facility are fair and the quality of care your pets receive is second to none. I have zero hesitation dropping Mabel off here she doesn’t even want to say goodbye she’s ready to go back and see her buddies! We love Rexpointe and you and your pet will as well! By the way TIP THE STAFF they deserve it!"
"I'm so thankful for Rexpointe. I take my doggo here because he's fear-aggressive and they have a setup that allows him to be kept separate from other dogs but get the human socialization he needs to help his behavior. Everyone on the staff has been so nice, accommodating and never judge-y about my pitty. I've recently boarded all three of my dogs for a weekend and couldn't be happier with the activities offered, the updates/report cards and cleanliness of the facility. I highly recommend Rexpointe for daycare or boarding!"
"This place was highly recommended by my neighbor for grooming. Called to get an appointment, I was told my dog needs a flu shot. Went to the vet, took care of that. I was able to schedule an appointment quickly after sending proof of vaccination - great. Brought the dog in, the place was pretty busy, which usually is a good sign to me. The groomer came out and I asked for a winter cut for my bernadoodle. She said they will trim his face around the eyes etc, which to me is part of the winter cut so I didn't protest or anything. After approx 3 hrs I got a call he was ready and that there would be a $60 fee for today. Went to pick up my dog, and all that was done were face, paws and fanny and overall brushing. I hear a comment that "he is now ready for a cut". This is why I brought him in and I did ask for a winter cut. All of the sudden everyone in the office jumped on me trying to fix the situation saying that they recommend face, paws and fanny as a first service for a puppy. Now I feel like I am the problem. I wouldn't mind working with them to get my dog used to grooming, but manage my expectations. Tell me that before the service is done. So much communication about the vaccine and what "their" needs are but zero communication about my needs as a customer. I was not offered anything to fix this situation. Apparently I am guilty of miscommunication and now I need to schedule the next service. I would expect they would at least give me a discount for the next service or any token of good faith, or something. I felt bad for the groomer, but how everyone handled it I left with the feeling I created the problem, which is not how a customer should leave."
