"loved this place--first time bring our lab to a doggy hotel--was a bit concerned--mark made us feel comfortable about it--luna was there 6 nights & seemed happy & well cared for when we picked her up--they are very concerned about shots & flea treatments so we know luna would not catch anything here--they have 24 hour care so it's not just during store hours--we will bring her here again..... another good stay--they are so good here--memorial day weekend there was supposed to be 50 dogs here--cost is $55 a night--first night free for first timers--they make sure all the doggies are up to date on their shots--they take cats also, but I feel that they would just be put in a cage--happy to have found them..... love this place--took our lab luna here for the 3rd stay--she loved it--the people here are so sweet--we met jane for the first time--she is wonderful--10-30-23"

"Staff are very knowledgeable and you can tell they truly care for the animals they carry! I came in for a hamster and they were very kind and patient with me as I made my final decisions. I love that they asked me proper care questions and ensured that I had a suitable set up. You can tell they take the time to appreciate all their animals and they even told me what my hamster’s favorite treats were!"
