"Pharmacy is fine but store staff not always attentive."

"Never had I ever been treated with such rudeness at any CVS like Joyce did it today. There was some confusion about insurance payments, where the web page indicated one thing and the store had a different policy, nothing that couldn’t have clarified with a brief dialogue. Instead, joyce (showing no joy at all…) treated us like beggars. Horrible experience."

"Went in for 5HTP, asked staff who sent me to pharmacy. pharmacist said that they don’t carry the product. I explained that it was on the website. She rudely sent me to the manager. The manager found the product and was very professional. Went to pay up front to the staff who sent me to the pharmacy originally, where I proceeded to explain that the pharmacist stated that they didn’t carry the product, she made a remake. Then I was not signed up with my telephone so I couldn’t receive a discount on another product. No I didn’t sign up to receive a discount on another product. Seriously will avoid CVS to get my scrips filled."

He has an excellent staff and together they make an awesome team at CVS store located on 4963 John R Rd in Troy, Michigan. Angelina and Krystal possesses excellent customer service skills and are always cheerful in welcoming their customers. Due to their positive & vibrant nature, I strongly recommend customers to choose this particular store even if it means to drive out of the way. I’m a regular shopper here and will always be!"
