"Very professional and gentle with my dog. They are also very knowledgeable about the pets and their needs. Carol, Shawnee, and Jackie are great with Lucy ( my dog ) and I actually make the drive from west bloomfield to troy just to take her to that location. The whole store in general is very well kept and all the employees are very nice and knowledgeable. My only complaint would be the adoption crew there is sometimes rude and not very willing to work with people, I have recommended them a few times to friends looking to adopt and they never got back to them nor returned their calls."
