"They hold my medication for payment for over 3 days now with the excuse that there system is down and cannot process the claim. Very rude and unprofessional staff. They keep lying on me and never got the medications filled on time. Every time I drive there, I have to wait for a long time to get the prescription filled up or they ask me to come back. They denied me services and it’s considered « Patient Neglect and Negligence »"
"I have a child with type 1 diabetes. I was having a hard day and struggling to get what she needed in a hurry due to my insurance. A VERY understanding pharmacy employee(Veronica) was able to get my daughter the prescription she needed within minutes of talking to my insurance. Thank you for being understanding of our situation."
"I have never been more impressed by a pharmacy staff. Got my covid booster and flu shot. They had all my info. Made sure of my history. And were just pleasant. I know it's supposed to be like that regardless, but it took the worry out today. Kudos."
"I had to get a flu shot for nursing school. Making the appointment online was very easy. I showed up to my appointment 10 minutes late (my fault) and I was still taken back for the vaccine within a reasonable time. The pharmacist was very kind and took her time to make sure she gave me the correct documentation that I needed for school."
"Wow. I am about to switch back to CVS. I was waiting on amoxicillin for my daughter. The tech that did our prescription was clueless. First she looks at the bottle and realized that it doesn't have all the information on the label. The most important information was how many days to take it. When I asked her how many she said 7. I laughed and said that isn't right because usually it is between 10 to 14 days. She goes and find the paperwork for the medication and rolls it up and puts in the bag and says all the information is on the paper. I should have looked before heading home. When I got home to look there wasn't any days written on anything about how long to take this medication. I had to call my doctor's office to find out and they even asked why pharmacy didn't have that on there. Geeze, pretty sure that can be dangerous. I am hoping that I have enough for 10 days now because it wasn't written on there. It is their job and it bothered me that the lady was lazy and acted like it was an inconvenient for her to actually make a new label for us. Which she didnt do in the first place!!! Do your job!!!"
