"Our dog Peanut passed away on Wednesday this week. The staff at blue pearl went above and beyond to comfort us & gave us our time to say goodbye to our beloved family member. Thank you for the kindness you showed us during this difficult time. We truly appreciate all of your love, support and care you have given to our sweet baby throughout his life and the respect you gave him after he passed."

"Was glad to get my sick pup seen. However for two X-rays, a shot of anti nausea meds and a hydration pack should not cost $850. The prices were absolutely ridiculous. They also left me in the room with my dog and his vomit after asking for something to clean it up due to the awful smell. They had very little compassion but were quick to talk about surgery and that it would be $5000. THEY ONLY CARE ABOUT MONEY. Took my pet to Wilson’s pet hospital where I should’ve went to begin with and got his surgery done for way less. I would really only recommend if you were in dire need. However I’d rather wait at Wilson’s for 6-8 hrs before coming here again."

"They worked so diligently to care for my dog and myself as I was a nervous wreck. Luckily, something that would have killed my dog, they saved him from! I was expecting my bill to be a couple of thousand but it was $100’s shy of even $1,000. I’m so grateful to all of them there including the ladies at the front desk. "I have been to Blue Pearl with my 2 cats multiple times over the last 2 years with one kitty being 19 y/o with hyperthyroidism and kidney disease and one being 1 y/o with a severe upper respiratory infection. Each and every time, from my initial phone call with the front desk staff and triage staff, to checking in when I arrive, to my personal interaction with the vets and vet techs and most importantly the treatment of my precious fur babies, I was always so thankful that I had entrusted their care to Blue Pearl. Every staff member was attentive, patient, supportive, and kind. Most importantly they diagnosed my kitties accurately and medically treated them appropriately. They did this without unnecessary tests as well. They were gentle and caring with my kitties. I will always take my kitties to Blue Pearl when I am in need of a specialist or with any need for emergency care and I would recommend them without any reservation as the best facility to care for any family’s cat or dog!"

"I was very pleased at first, but a week after spending thousands on chemo, we find out our dog had two large tumors that not been found because an abdominal X-ray was never done. They just concentrated on removing her leg and treating her for cancer that “may” develop in her lungs. A week after my regular vet found the tumors we had to put her down. We never would have put her through chemo and spent the thousands of dollars, had we known she had several tumors that would take her from us so soon. Sorry Blue Pearl, but this is a hard pill to swallow."
