"So my family is going out of town and my mother, who’s had both hips replaced, along with numerous other surgeries, was told she wasn’t able to get her medications filled because according to, “Chris”, the on duty pharmacist, it was too soon and it was “Company Policy”. However, the past 3 months they filled her prescriptions within 3 days at the end of the month no questions asked. This person was extremely rude to my mom and told her she has to have her doctor approve her medications. Sorry CVS, you definitely need to be more accommodating and a lot nicer to your customers.
