"I have regular pain management appointments here and I cannot say enough good things about the entire staff. From my pain management physician to the entire nursing staff, these are health care workers who care about their patients. I’ve been coming here for over a year now and I’ve not had one negative experience. Highly recommend!"
"Had difficulties reaching the office and issues with staff when I went in person for help, they did return voicemails but Robokiller blocked them from my cell phone. I will be seeing Dr Sapieka whom I've seen previously, great doctor, 9/22/2023. I'll give full review then."
"My primary Physician has referred me to here for bone and joint pain. I have joint and disc disease and many fractures due to osteoporosis. Their office left me a voicemail sayin she got my referral but in reviewing my chart she saw I also have fibromyalgia and that they do not accept patients that have fibro. Over 5 million people suffer from fibro pain in the US and one of our biggest hospital pain management centers won’t treat them. That’s horrible."
"They can't even tell if a person is faking pain that is very sad I tried for many years to be referred to someone who can help me. I found a real doctor who treats me for a very painful nerve disease. I can only hope that Rachel has become humble and no longer treats people like dirt because she doesn't understand how the human body body works. Yes Rechal my muscles weren't working and You have seen my spine. Now tell me it's impossible I hope you finally paid your fine off you don't have to thank me for letting you keep you medical license I figured that a big fine would humble you."
"This practice doesn't care about what's going on with you. They're very cold at this practice. Johneen is the rudest person! She is racist and very judgemental. If I could rate them a zero I would! The doctor I only saw a few times getting my shots, they didn't help. All they do is keep making you appointments w the nurse, switching your meds. I don't take anything for pain. I don't take any opioids, they don't work anyways. They have not suggested anything else to manage my pain! Beaumont is the worst hospital! I'm in the middle of changing hospitals and I'm so glad I did!"
