"I have been a patient for years now. I have received excellent care. My uncontrollable blood pressure is now controlled after many other doctors failed. The woman I see here took the time to figure out what works for me.she has gone above and beyond for me on numerous occasions. My diabetes is under control. Her assistant Amani is wonderful at her job and both ladies are easy to talk to and extremely kind. The office is run by a kind, helpful manager. I have always been treated respectfully. I appreciate all of them. They work very hard."

"I could not tell you how the doctor is because I was never able to meet with her. This was my first appt with them and I got a confirmation text that asks to arrive 30 minutes early. My appt was 2:15. I arrived 25 minutes early. There are 2 windows which was confusing but one was for easerseals. The woman at that window tells me to go to the other window but also said it appears they are still at lunch. So i wait and wait , approached the window 3 times where there is a woman behind a computer who does not even acknowledge my existence. I am the only person in the waiting room. I wait until 2:25 , still nothing. I approach the window a 4th time and the lady still doesnt acknowledge me. Needless to say, If this is how this place is managed, i have zero interest in developing a relationship with a doctor that allows this type of customer/patient service."

"Please don't let anybody you care about go to any Honor Facility. I absolutely love Dr. Austin, she is amazing but overworked. I ran out of blood pressure medication(past history of TIA) I'm a senior. I called Dr. Austins assistant Deb on Monday and she said she put the request in, called pharmacy, no script tried to call the clinic to see if someone would understand the seriousness of needing the med.-non of the phone numbers they advertise would get me through to a person. I called Deb Thursday who gave me a long drawn out I don't know what happened. I asked to maybe speak to a nurse thinking someone there would understand the medical necessity. Deb said she would call them in again and wait till later for them to go through. Later-no script. I called senior patient advocacy for Michigan after having no success reaching help at the clinic. The online chat is a joke. They disconnected twice photos attached. Finally after leaving a message that I was going to call for help through legal means. I got a message saying the pills were there. This is just one story. Do not take seniors there. We don't deserve to be treated like our well-being doesn't matter."

"Major HIPPA violation!!! Went there 4 times literally the worst experience I've ever had! First visit was a doctor on his last day so he said "I don't know why they scheduled you. Today is my last day and they're going to do the same thing when you see that Dr" sent me on my way nothing done as far as check up. Second time no Dr just CPA and ordered blood work. 3rd time was with the podiatrist, 4th time second visit with podiatrist still no results from blood work. Asked about it, they spoke with me about results in lobby and said they would put the results in with my check out papers and the Dr would be calling me about it.(still no call) ONLY for them to give me another persons medical records to take home!!! I have reached out to the patient via Facebook she is upset. DO NOT GO HERE!!"

"Dr Austin is Awesome she take her time, she listens to my concerns I never feel rushed she is Easy to talk too. Kim is Wonderful she has Always been there for me whenever I needed her. I met Denyce for the first time and it was like I've known her forever her greeting was Pleasant I will Never forget that :) Lisa was really Nice, no one like going to the doctor but I felt at ease before the doctor came in with her.
