"I went to the ER last year for a suicide attempt and the doctor was completely unprofessional. I was distressed and disoriented and when he asked why I was there, I said I didn't know. He rudely responded something along the lines of "well obviously you're here for something". My boyfriend who had come to sit with me also notified me of some entirely inappropriate comments he had made to other staff and people on the phone. I wish I had gotten his name, he deserves to be fired. You should never be rude to patients but it's an different level to act like that around someone who is clearly suffering. Very displeased that someone like him would be allowed to have ANY job working with people, let alone one with people in pain."
"Avoid the ER. Maybe there is a few nice staffs. But we haven't met them yet. If you are or your person is pregnant please take her to Bronson in Kalamazoo or St Joseph in Mishiwaka IN. Also Coldwater has no longer OBGYN"
"If I could give it a 0 star I would. Took my child here for severe vomiting and diarrhea only for them to tell me he has a cold. No cold makes you throw up all over your self. Super unprofessional. Waited hours just for them to tell me to get over the counter cold medicine."
"Staff was caring and worked hard for a long time to get my iv line started. Very professional all the way. Shoutout to Seth, from Radiology. He was given the task of starting my iv. The 1st lady couldn't get it. Seth stayed calm, and professional throughout the 25+ minutes that it took to get a iv line in."
