"Horrible receptionists here. They are so rude. I called to make an appointment for my mother and receptionist Natalie was ignoring me and started talking over me. Arguing that she shouldn’t even be talking to me because she doesn’t see me in my mom’s contact or representative. She never asked my name and I told her I understood and I would have my mom call back and ask for Spanish speaking representative but instead of ignoring me and talking over me she could’ve just explained that she couldn’t disclose any more information but instead she hung. She did not like someone telling her truth about her customer service skills. Receptionists like to hang up because they are not professional and have the worst customer service.They do not know how to handle such a simple explanation or task. Horrible service. Except the Spanish speaking representative she explains and doesn’t hide behind a phone that can be hung up. But if you do not like your job then you shouldn’t be behind that desk. This is not the first time they are rude there. They should go to a communication class where they are able to handle calls and explain. Not hanging up the phone like they would do in their personal manners. Natalie does need more training along with her colleague that I could clearly hear telling her oh I spoke to her just now. Horrible."

"Staff was nice and helpful. I waited in the waiting room for over an hour then when i finally got to the exam room i was in there for another 2 hours. 3 hours total to get a covid swab! Too bad the organization is so willing to let go so many health care workers because they are exercising their human rights of choice and not getting the vaccine. This organization will fall! They are putting their bottom line before the care of the patients! The only thing "detrimental to the company" is their ignorance in downsizing the staff and still thinking they can handle the increase of patients in the offices. Loyal Doctors, nurses, and staff who worked diligently through 2020. Those who have been with the organization for years, have not taken sick time off, and those who still are working up till the deadline to get the shot or be fired. Those are the true heroes and they are being thanked for their service by being let go! Disgraceful! The greatest commandment is this, love the Lord your God with all you heart, soul, and mind. The second is love others above your yourself.... i ask you, how is firing loyal staff members accomplishing this?"

"My Husband went to an appointment that was clearly given to him when he went to have his BP taken this morning. 1-20-23 She told him that The Dr Verma had a cancelation at 1:30 so he went back at 1:10. Waiting 2 hrs. Then was told by the same person. SOMETHING HAPPENED. U don't have an appointment. U can come back on THURSDAY. This is RIDICULOUS. I have never had this happen & it shouldn't have happened to My HUSBAND"

"Offive Scheduled an appointment for my son 1/18/2020 (Martin Luther King day) text me to remind me that the appointment was still on and to be here at scheduled time, no employees present and lights off. Horrible place."

"Every single time I have to see my doctor I wait for almost a hour past my scheduled appointment! I've never gotten in at my appointment time you ask the front desk how much longer certain workers are rude make you feel like your bothering them. I do not recommend."
