"Where do I start ! A very unorganized office, so far no problems with bill so that’s good news. First couple of times I been here with my Dad it’s not the most friendly office the right hand doesn’t know what the left hand is doing! I was in the office to just get his toes trimmed, twice not a very nice medical assistant, the doctor seemed to be very nice, I’m a nail tech so I do know about sanitation and as far as I see it they have horrible sanitation practices and I’m glad I’m able to go with my Dad I would encourage anyone at this place to go with there loved one to be a second set of ears and to observe. Now today they are stretching a tendinit in his toe, so they called me and told me to come earlier and I told them I’m about 45 minutes away on a good day and it is January 15th and the roads are nothing but ice in some places so it’s going to take me at least a hour they said no problem so I was her about 45min early and still did not get called back until my Dad’s scheduled appointment I questioned them about and they said that that should of never happened they would of never did that and they blamed it on the scheduling office ! They just don’t have any understanding of other people schedule! Not happy at all!"

"This place is aweful. Unpleasant staff and Dr. Monfore is one of the worst doctors I have ever met. Spent two minutes to decide what was wrong with me. I had to ask for an X-ray. Then injected me twice without requesting an MRI. Did not warn me of side effects or spend time explaining my condition. Would not recommend to anyone. Go to a bigger city."

"Dr. Monfore took time to talk to my sons about their feet and importance of wearing orthotics for long term health -he was patient and answered all of our questions. He has also helped me as weekend runner with a few foot and ankle problems. The office is friendly and accommodating to our schedules. They are all very knowledgeable. I'm thankful to have a great foot and ankle care clinic right in our town."

"I had a bunion removed with this facility. I have been to the Angola, Coldwater, and Sturgis locations. The staff was very nice and the procedure went amazing. Everyone had told me I was going to be in a lot of pain after the surgery but with the techniques used by this practice I recovered smoothly and quickly and with very little pain. I would definitely recommend them!"
