"I think the employees and dentist are professional and friendly. The problem I have is the time-line for my appointments. I have cavities that are very visible and want it fixed in a timely manner. 1st visit was x-rays and cleaning which was what I expected. 2nd visit was 2 months later but it was another check up. No work done on my teeth. 3rd appointment finally actually seen the dentist and made a plan. I was informed that my next appointment is 2 months from now and that is only going to be a cleaning again. They had made another appointment for me 8 months from now which I feel is ridiculous time-line to actually to start work on my teeth. It will almost be a year before they actually start fixing anything. If they have so many patients they shouldn't accept new patients. I've considered finding another dentist but I would have to start the process all over again."

"The staff is nice. However, I initially went to be seen for a filling that fell out a few months ago. I keep getting scheduled for appointments and keep showing up for those appointments, only to leave and still have a hole in my tooth and no closer to relief. I've been thinking about getting a second opinion. I just can't work with the months long wait at a time anymore, with nothing essential being done when I'm finally able to get into the office to be seen. Suggestions to another dentist office would be greatly appreciated. Thank you."

"I'm not sure how many stars to give this, because any time I have been there, they have treated me with care. They've been very nice, very attentive, but I have been waiting for almost a year to get my dentures taken care of that is a bit of a downside for me, as for the staff, they are wonderful. I'll give them a 3 for now, but not because of the personnel because of the time it's taken for me to see results."
