"Worst drs office I’ve ever been to. Disrespectful dr and was left in the room for 40 minutes until they tried to bring in another patient. Then was handed someone else entire medical folder to take home."

"I noticed that all of these reviews are very old. My two young boys Pediatrician is all the way in Kalamazoo and sick appts there are just far away. So AM/PM care has been such a great help to us since moving here! Sometimes the wait can be a little long but it’s a walk in clinic. So that’s to be expected. The Doctors/nurse practitioners and nurses always show great care to my boys and always get them on the right path to feeling better. Even when my boys are cranky and out of sorts and miserable they never make us feel bad and always make it a quick appt. I really hope more people start to post recent reviews. I’ve not one bad thing to say."

"Don't go its a waste of time. Everytime I go they decline me service. They tell me to go to my doctor to get an appointment. My doctor wasn't available for another week and they still declined me service. The ladies at the front desk were rude and very unprofessional!! What do they even do if they refused to do they're jobs. Also they were playing on they're phones and acted like I was an inconvenience to them. I guess pinterest is more important then doing your job. What a joke!"

"If I could give them no stars... The summer after COVID shut downs began My daughters had gotten into some poison ivy in the tree line of our yard. My youngest daughters face was so swollen I could hardly recognize her when she woke up that morning. Immediately I headed to pm care along with my newborn son and daughters (6&7) as soon as I entered the building they told me to leave. Seeing my daughters face swollen and red, hardly able to open her eyes. The lady at the desk told me I needed to find daycare and come back because there were to many of us. She said “Find daycare and come back” and said they were open until 3. Needless to say I gave it to her and told her I would not bring coming back. I called Revolution Health right after and my daughter was seen just minutes later. They are currently our family doctors and couldn’t be happier."

"The nurse's here are very comfortable with being rude to clients. Not just me. I'm sitting here watching it with others too. I was in here yesterday and today and both times I see that they love to argue with people. And when there out witted and can't win the argument, they get a friend or 2 to come help them argue. The big thing is that the client's haven't been rude to them before or after there rudeness. I didn't see this in previous years. They were pretty decent to work with back in the day. These ladies here definitely need some customer service skills. And probably a supervisor overseeing how they interact with people. Now at this point I've been here waiting for 2 hour's and I'm still waiting. When I got here only 2 people we're ahead of me. I got to watch people that got here after me get sent back before me. This place is a joke"
