Pizza Hut

"Horrible pizza. I use to love them 20 years ago when i lived in GA. Have given them 3 trys now and the last 2 were no better than a bad frozen pie. Wont waste my money there anymore."

"Literally, the fluffiest breadsticks I've ever seen come out of a Pizza Hut in my entire life. The pizza was so good cooked perfectly, and there wasn't too much or too little of any ingredient. The food looked like an advertisement, which was wild on a Saturday when they were completely slammed. Hope the right person sees this and understands you have a staff that definitely knows what they're doing. Sorry A++++"

"The service needs to be improved drastically. The woman who answered the phone kept me on the phone longer than needed and wanted me to hold continuously. She kept putting me on hold. All I ordered was an apple pie, nothing special. When I arrived to pick up my order, the lady at the front counter kept saying I had not placed an order. I had to pull out my phone to show I had called and placed an order. The lady who took the call said she canceled the order because when she returned to the phone with the total, the person hung up. Please let me know why you're constantly placing me on hold for one order of apple pies. I didn't place a large order, and did hold, but she continued placing me on hold. I was en route and wanted to avoid being placed on hold a third time. She verified my phone number and name. She could have called back. Instead, she canceled the order. They are rude, unpleasant, and always nasty. They have the worst customer service ever! I went to checkers and got the same thing for cheaper and better customer service. It is unfortunate to have great food and horrific customer service."

"While the food was delicious, cooked and ready on time, the staff member was rude. Cutting me off as I tried to speak, and then after asking me what the doordash number was (my response being it was a customer pickup) got mad and slammed the register while throwing away my receipt. Again, good food, but I don’t think I’d go in person anymore. Being a previous food service worker even on the worst days it’s the most important to be kind and respectful, and listen to the customer speaking before assuming. If he had let me finish talking it wouldn’t have been so frustrating for him."
