"I have no idea what happens here at night but 45 minutes for a crunch wrap, taco, Mexican pizza. It’s always like this. When you pull up to the speaker they’ll tell you it’s a 20 minute wait, right off rip without anyone else in line. Manager outside smoking. Do not come here after 6pm. Crazy man."

"I only have one complaint well, actually twone. There's no longer a cash here there. You have to go to some machine and order your food which takes a little bit of time to figure out a number 2 and this is a real big one. While I was there getting my dinner? A gentleman working the drive through. Was wearing at a customer in the speaker. No I thought that was very unprofessional, especially when there was customers in the restaurant such as me. I should knock some stars off for that. But I'm not gonna hold it against the restaurant itself. But I am bringing it to their attention."

"Place is a joke. Workers spend more time joking around then they do working. I went through drive through tonight, when I got home I saw that I was missing half of my order. The half I received.. wasn't even what I ordered! I called to ask for a refund for the items I was not given and the worker told me its my fault for not checking my bags and not asking for a receipt when I was in the drive through. Don't we pay Taco Bell with the understanding that they will give us what we ordered? I guess it's not their fault they cant read a slip? Seems simple enough to read 10 items on an order and make sure 10 items get put in the bag.. right?!"

"This place doesn't even deserve a 1-star review. I placed a mobile order over an hour ago, pull up to the drive through just to sit there for 20 minutes before my order is ready. Why would i order ahead if i still have to wait for them to prep my food after they acknowledge that im there. I get my order and get home, come to find out it's not even the right order after she confirmed it on the screen at the drive through. I go back, walk inside and she instantly has what looks to be my actual order, sitting on the counter and she acknowledged that she messed up. I take that order and assumed she had it correct. As im pulling out of the parking lot i check the order and it's completely mixed up with a different order. I go back and have to wait even longer for them to make my actual order, an hour after i placed the order in the app. This place is an effing joke and gave me a coupon for a free taco after it took them an hour to get my order correct. All while the girl taking drive through orders is sitting in the dine in area playing on her phone. Those employees could care less about you. Take your money else where."
