"Ordered through door dash. Not only did the dasher confirm with them that it was my order they still gave the dasher someone else’s order. Then when I order a re delivery through DoorDash they told the new dasher it had already been picked up and had DoorDash cancel my order. Myself and door dash tried calling them and no one answers. Absolutely awful service. So I ordered from somewhere else."

"I’ve been in there twice about a week apart and the dining room floor was always sticky and the bathroom was messy and the urinal overflows. The pop machine is dirty and didn’t work during one of my trips. If I wasn’t desperate for a place my partner would eat I wouldn’t go back."

"Picked up a drive through order last night at 7:47 pm. Bag was sealed we opened at home to discover the Taco Salad was missing, the baked potato was now Cheesey Fries. Tried numerous times to call Wendy's but no one answered the phone. Called again today and still no one answering the phone. I want a refund. Very disappointed that one person didn't get dinner, lack of attention to detail? Yes."
