"Service was terrible honestly the only thing good was the Cesar salad. The waitress couldn't keep up with only 3 tables. Told me to get my own plate off another table cause she was so busy. The cheese bread barely had cheese on it. The lasagna was dry and the sauce was bland. Didn't feel like any love was out into these dishes especially since everything is a la carte. I wouldn't not recommend this place at all. Literally the salad was the only thing my date and myself finished because the food wasn't fulfilling at all!"

"Ordered the mozzarella cheese, looked so different than the picture in the menu, cheese was spilling out of most of them and they were clumped on top of one another on the plate. Presentation and taste were bad! We also ordered lasagna and garlic bread, the waitress brought the garlic bread out with the cheese sticks, by the time the lasagna came the bread was cold. Went to take a bite of the lasagna and though the plate it came on was scolding hot, the lasagna was cold on the inside, not even luke warm. The “manager” came by and said she put a new lasagna in and was taking the mozzarella sticks off the bill. New lasagna came and waitress was going to bring new garlic bread and took the old away. The newer lasagna was warmer but the taste was lacking flavor. We finished and told the waitress to forget the breadsticks, she said she’d take them off the bill and apologized for the experience we had. The waitress was nice, but never was asked if either of us wanted a refill on my water or my boyfriend’s pop. We had 3/4 of the lasagna left that we didn’t touch, the waitress asked if we wanted a box and we kindly declined. The bill came and they forgot to take the mozzarella sticks off so the waitress had it fixed but the “manager” added the garlic bread back to the bill. The waitress apologized and had a different manager fix the bill. For the prices they are charging, the food is no where worth it. We won’t be going back."

"Entered and no hostess to greet, understaffed, bartender also was working our section we sat at while trying to keep up with other waitresses orders, her own and whoever sat at the bar. After 10 minutes the bartender came over to our table finally and looked at us for orders which is when we asked her for the menu…..moments later the chef came out with menus. The bartender who was waiting on us came back for our appetizer order and it was at this point we asked for waters. As a larger party, 2 guests ordered each a glass of wine but 2 different types and also 2 different sizes she came back giving the smaller size to the wrong person and the larger to the other. Never came back to check and ask how the food was or if we needed refills, at one point a guest wanted another glass of wine and after a while had passed someone in our party ended up walking up to the bar to order her another glass. In regards to the menu, there was disappointment as the only protein options were chicken or salmon not much of a variety. Food overall tasted okay, didn’t blow us away by any means but was edible."

"HUGE portions family dining style so it was perfect for our party of 8. The chicken parm, salad and massive sundae was pretty good. Everything else was meh. Service was ok as we hardly saw her and she ended up piling all our dishes behind our table."
