"I frequent the Livonia location often. Staff is always professional and kind. I order the jerk chicken wings and took them home. However,u realized the chicken was still uncooked. This also happened with my mother's order. They refunded her order, replaced her food and also gave her a gift certificate. I live 30 mins away and I was too tired to make the drive after work. I called and was placed on hold. The phone eventually disconnected and after reaching out2 more times the phone was busy. My mom passed along my email address and information to management but no one contacted me or tried to make this right to my knowledge."

"Great service Kate took excellent care of us. Food was good and was so fast it was almost unbelievable. Everything was hot and seemed fresh. Half off apps not bad and a couple strong islands really made me happy. Indoor fire pit is very nice to sit by on cold days but does heat you up fast. Even enjoyed the music. Overall I would definitely recommend"

We weren’t able to get the cheesecake empanadas they ran out and we didn’t find out until after we ordered and we told the waitress when we sat down initially we knew we wanted them so it was really unfortunate. Also we got the chocolate dessert instead and by time it arrived to us the ice cream and whipped cream were both completely melted so you could definitely tell it sat in the window for a minute and started to melt."

"Loved the food! Jerk chicken wings were bursting with flavorful spices and had just the right amount of crispiness. Coconut shrimp is a must try, pineapple dip compliments it so well! Wish the jerk shrimp pasta had more seasoning."

"Came here for a party of 8 for a friends birthday dinner. They have a beautiful outdoor patio and inside was really nice. There was an extensive list of tropical cocktails, which were of course overpriced which is pretty normal for this kind of place. The cocktails come with fruit or edible flower garnishes. The menu had a lot of Caribbean options that are hard to find elsewhere. 2 friends got the blackened mahi tacos, they said they weren’t good at all. Another friend had the buttermilk chicken and that was great. I had the Jamaican stuffed plantain bowl and that was good. Do not get the key lime pie unless you like really sour key lime pie. The chocolate dessert was amazing. The beef empanadas were really good. Our waitress was fantastic and the food came fast."
