"Haven't been to big boys in a while. And was shocked at how expensive it has gotten. $16 for the big boy salad bar is incredibly expensive. I got a bow of chili instead which was very good."

"Dec 29 2023 - I'm pretty sure it's not legal to keep a restaurant open without a working restroom? Dec 2022 - Really disappointed in the breakfast buffet. It was $15 and there wasn't many options. Then they completely ran out of food and stopped putting more out 20 minutes before I was told they were going to. Would not get it again."

"Still consistent after all these years! I grew up near by. I worked there while in high school. Service and quality of food is still as it was, just fine! I still recommend heading to this Big Boy if you’re interested in Slim Jim’s, Big Boy sandwiches and Swiss Misses. All of the food here is as good as it was 47 years ago when it first opened! If I could recommend anything to the folks that own the chain, it would be to consider applying for beverage/spirit licenses for the remaining open locations. Introducing just beer and wine would go a long way to help to evolve the stores to the next generation. We ALMOST didn’t go there this evening because we wanted a hard cider and a glass of wine. 12/15/23- Update…. Guys, if you’re going to include tomatoes on sandwiches such as Slim Jim’s, the tomatoes must be near ripe. My Soim Jim had HARD GREEN tomatoes in it. I would’ve removed them if I would have known. 2 out of 5 for food on this visit."

"Same Ol tradition! Had the Slim Jim and it was very good. As we looked around especially at the breakfast bar, they kept it clean and refreshed constantly. There is also a strawberry feature going on right now, refer to pics. Noticed a variety of individuals in the crowd, full age range. Staff was ver polite and made sure we had a nice visit. Not many Big Boys around, so visit here for some of the old school features and newer items."

"Went here for a quick lunch Soup and salad bar was still the breakfast bar at 2:00 PM on a Saturday. Hash browns were burnt and were not replenished in over 45 minutes. Pancakes were overcooked and dry. The mostaccioli had hard pieces in it like pebbles were in it. I couldn't finish it. When my turkey club sandwich came there were no fries. When I asked about this I was told I thought you only wanted the sandwich. There is no option on the menu for sandwich only. Why would I order something I didn't know about? Pretty much a fail all around. The restaurant is very clean."
