"I placed mobile orders weekly and the one Wendy’s restaurant that receives my order and don’t claim they don’t have it because they didn’t look in certain places where it would pop up like I have at other Wendy’s restaurants. Frosties are always good and food is fresh. I would definitely recommend this location."
"The Joy Rd Wendy's is the best. Everything is made fresh. It's clean, stays open late and the employees seem genuinely happy to be there. My order is always correct and they always put napkins and straw in my bag."
"Woman’s restroom was disgusting! Food was cold. We went here for lunch today 12:30. At the time we arrived they had one car in drive thru and we picked the dine in experience. Sadly we will not be back. Cold food, restrooms were nasty! And the dining looked half cleaned. Also we’re out of chocolate frosty… was told after ordering one.. peppermint was okay but not what we were looking for. We weren’t greeted nor was the staff welcoming. This location sadly has gone down hill."
