"Food : they don’t know how to even take orders properly. Management most likely not training new people. Service: new employees are nice and friendly but after couple weeks all that goodness goes out of the window. Managers chill in the back barking orders and hiding from customers. Atmosphere: compared to other stores where employees know where their franchise posters are. This location doesn’t know who they are owned by. Don’t know where the complaint info is. Manager won’t even come to phones. Manager let teenagers handle issues that they get paid to handle. I don’t know how they pass audit. If they even."

"Can’t get your order right pretty much every time. Went through just this morning. Sausage biscuit meal. No hash brown in the bag. How do you miss one of the 2 items? Happens almost every time. 2nd major issue is customer service. The employees act like you’re bugging them by ordering. Horrible store. Save yourself the trouble and go to the McDonald’s over on Michigan ave instead"

"Me and my husband ordered 2 double quarter pounder meals and were served this. We spent over 20$ and I was quite disgusted after biting into this. I called to see if I could get a refund or replacement and the employee on the phone was very rude and told me a manger was not available. I will be taking my receipt and these pictures in after I get off work today to see what they can do. This isn’t the first time we’ve been served something like this from here . This will be our last time going to this specific McDonald’s"

"I pulled into the drive thru not really in a good mood. And the lady who took my order wasn't particularly nice. But I swear to to to you the women who delivered me my food was so warm and pleasant. I was smiling right back at her. I didn't catch her name I wish I would have now (Older Caucasian women) God bless her. My food was hot and fresh and between that and the service it turned my day around. Thank you."

"11/9/23 We just stopped in to get a quick "to-go" order and got it pretty quickly considering that they were very busy. The food was good, as are most McDonald's, but they did get one order wrong which we didn't detect until we were well on our drive home. That is why I gave them the medium service rating. Rick Zorn"
